All our 3 sites : Sherbrooke (Canada), Ronse (Belgium) & Warwick (UK) supply the Industrial markets.

What volumes can you manage at C-MAC?

We handle low to mid-size volumes in Warwick and medium to high volumes in our Ronse & Sherbrooke sites.

What Capacity do you have available for PCBA?

Combined Capacity across all sites is 8 SMT Lines & 4 THT Lines.

Can you provide Coating options for PCBA?

Yes we have selective conformal coating available.

What Inspection & testing capabilities are available?

We can provide 2D & 3D AOI, X-ray, Flying probe, ICT & Functional Testing.

Can you manage Chip on board?

We can accommodate gold, & aluminium wire bonding, see specific section for detailed capabilities.

Can you provide hermetic sealing of IC’s?
