Our Sherbrooke & Ronse sites currently hold the IATF16949 automotive certification.
What volumes can you manage at C-MAC?
We handle low to mid-size volumes in Warwick and medium to high volumes in our Ronse & Sherbrooke sites.
What Capacity do you have available for PCBA?
Combined Capacity across all sites is 8 SMT Lines & 4 THT lines.
Can you provide Coating options for PCBA?
Yes, we have selective conformal coating available.
What Inspection & Testing Capabilities are available?
We can provide 2D & 3D AOI, X-ray, Flying probe, ICT & Functional Testing.
Can you manage Chip on board & Wire bonding?

Yes, we have an automated line for Die & Wire bonding on Direct Bonded Copper substrates with separation & testing.
